Current Programming

We are excited to announce the mentor and mentee pairings for the 2021
​Pac-12 Diversity Mentorship Program! Thank you to all those who applied and we encourage you to reapply next year.   

Programming Details

• Monthly/bi-monthly Zoom call with mentor from assigned coaching staff
• Monthly Zoom call with other mentees for education on the coaching profession
• Monthly Zoom call with other mentees for education on the administration profession presented by SWAs from the involved institutions
• Six live lessons and discussion sessions with True North
• Two trips to campus of assigned conference program, Spring and Fall
• Paid trip to AVCA Convention as a Diversity Award Winner
• Admittance to conference specific sessions at AVCA Convention
